Public utility service is an essential facility or service that is indispensable for Public’s daily life and well being.  These services are Provided by Government Or Government regulated private entities to meet the basic need of the  Public. Matters relating to as
     many as 18 types of Public Utility Services are settled in the Permanent   Lok Adalat just by your simple application without any court fee. Even District Legal Service Authority provides free legal aid to a needy applicant.

About The Chairman

 Hon’ble Chairman Hira Singh Gill, A. District and Sessions Judge(R) Having more than 25 years experience as  a Judge; about 10 years experience  at bar,  from Hon’ble Sub Divisional Courts to up to the hon’ble Supreme Court Of India , belongs to an unsung freedom fighters and  landlords’ family. Graduated from PU in Science, MJMC, Law and PGDCA,  consumer laws, from  NLIU Bangalore has decided and settled recorded number of cases with more than 35 years of  legal experience and certifications that commend his work. 

  1. Hon’ble Chairman approaches this role with a deep commitment to Justice that is both accessible and empathetic. His more than 35 years legal experience taught that resolution of disputes is not just about law; it is about restoring dignity and trust. He believes the Permanent Lok Adalat plays vital role in bridging legal frameworks with human understanding.
